Ordering & Payments
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Browse our premium catalog, add the items you need to your cart, and proceed to our secure checkout. You will be prompted to provide your shipping details and select a payment method. Once complete, you will instantly receive an order confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience. We currently accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our 256-bit encrypted payment gateway. We also support select cryptocurrency payments for enhanced privacy.
Can I place an order over the phone?
For security and data protection reasons, all orders must be placed directly through our secure online checkout system. Our support team cannot manually input credit card information over the phone. However, if you are having trouble navigating the website, call us at +1 (734) 564-2110 and we will gladly walk you through the process.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments are usually declined for one of three reasons: 1) The billing address entered does not exactly match the address on file with your bank. 2) Insufficient funds. 3) Your bank has flagged the transaction as a protective anti-fraud measure (common for new online purchases). If your card is declined, please call the number on the back of your card to authorize the transaction, then try again.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we prioritize rapid fulfillment, orders are sent to our logistics team almost immediately. You may modify or cancel your order for a full refund only before it has been dispatched. Once your order status changes to “Shipped,” it can no longer be modified. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
We frequently offer promotional discounts and tier-based pricing for larger orders. Please check individual product pages for bulk pricing details, or subscribe to our email newsletter to receive exclusive discount codes.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast will my order ship?
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are processed and handed to our courier partners on the same business day. Delivery times depend on the shipping tier selected at checkout, ranging from standard (3-5 business days) to expedited overnight delivery.
Do you use discreet packaging?
Yes, absolutely. Your privacy is paramount. All orders are packed in standard, unmarked mailers or boxes. There are no branded logos, product names, or external labels that indicate what is inside the package. The return address will list a generic fulfillment center name.
How do I track my package?
As soon as your shipping label is generated, you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can also view live tracking updates directly in your Account Dashboard under the “Orders” tab.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus our logistics entirely on domestic fulfillment to ensure rapid delivery times and adherence to our high quality standards. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via standard postal carriers. Please note that overnight or expedited courier options are generally not available for these address types.
What happens if I am not home for delivery?
Depending on the carrier and the items ordered, the delivery driver may leave the package in a safe location at your address. If a signature is required, the driver will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from a local facility.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
To maintain strict compliance and safety standards, once an item leaves our fulfillment center, it cannot be physically returned or restocked, even if unopened. However, you are fully protected by our Guarantee. If there is an issue with your order (damage, wrong item, lost in transit), we will issue a refund or free reshipment.
Do I need to mail the product back if it arrives damaged?
No. Because we cannot accept physical returns for safety reasons, you do not need to mail damaged or incorrect products back to us. Simply contact our support team, provide a photo of the damaged item for verification, and we will issue your refund or reshipment immediately.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
You are covered by our 100% Delivery Guarantee. If the courier loses your package, simply submit a ticket through our Support Center. Once we verify the tracking failure, we will immediately dispatch a replacement order completely free of charge, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once approved by our support team, fiat refunds are processed back to your original credit/debit card within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. Cryptocurrency refunds are processed within 24 hours based on the USD exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Are your products authentic?

How do I know the expiration dates of my items?
Our inventory turn-around is extremely fast, meaning we never ship stagnant products. Every item you receive will have clearly marked, extended manufacturer expiration dates stamped directly on the original packaging. We guarantee a minimum of 12 months shelf-life on all orders.
How are the products stored before shipping?
All items are securely stored in our climate-controlled fulfillment center in New Jersey. We strictly adhere to manufacturer guidelines for temperature and humidity to ensure maximum efficacy and physical integrity before the product reaches you.
Account Management
Do I need an account to place an order?
While you can check out as a guest, we highly recommend creating a free account. An account allows you to easily track your orders in real-time, save multiple shipping addresses, and quickly reorder your favorite items without re-entering your details.
How do I view my past order history?
If you have registered an account with us, simply log in and navigate to the “Orders” tab in your Account Dashboard. There, you can view the details, tracking information, and invoices for all your past and current orders.
How do I update my billing or shipping address?
You can update your addresses anytime by logging into your account and selecting the “Addresses” tab. Changes made here will apply to all future orders, but will not change the address of an order that has already been placed.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, simply navigate to the Login page and click the “Lost your password?” link. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you a secure link to create a new password.
Privacy & Security
What will appear on my credit card statement?
To ensure absolute discretion, your bank statement will show a generic corporate billing name (such as Web Nest Development LLC or similar e-commerce descriptors). There will be no mention of the specific products you ordered or our store’s exact domain name on your statement.
Is my personal and payment information safe?
Yes. We utilize bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through our website. Your payment details are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
Do you sell my data to third parties?
Never. We respect your absolute privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, email address, or order history to any third-party marketing companies, ever.
